Minister-Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Russian Federation Zara Valieva was presented with the state award of South Ossetia - the Order of Friendship. According to the Embassy's press service, the decree on the award was signed by President Alan Gagloev.

“The high award was presented to Zara Valieva by Ambassador Znaur Gassiev. She was awarded for many years of conscientious work and merits in the implementation of South Ossetia’s foreign policy,” the diplomatic mission specified.

The capital of South Ossetia will host the evening of remembrance “10 years of ongoing tragedy”, timed to coincide with the tenth anniversary of the start of the Anti-Terrorist Operation in Donbass by Ukraine. According to the telegram channel of the Russian House in Tskhinval, the event will be held with the participation of Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry for the crimes of the Kyiv regime.
